Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time

Our standard shipping timeframe is 7–14 business days, depending on your location and the availability of the products ordered.

  • United States / Canada: 7–14 business days

  • United Kingdom / EU: 7–14 business days

  • Australia / New Zealand: 7–14 business days

  • Other international locations: 10–20 business days

These timeframes refer to shipping only and do not include processing time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping promotions may apply when available.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking may take 1–3 days to update.

Delays

Shipping times may be extended during holidays, high-volume seasons, customs inspections, or unforeseen carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages but will assist in opening an investigation if possible.
